Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy covers client comparisons, download guides and configuration documentation on clash-kr.com. It explains how information is handled when you visit the site. Client software and external services handle data under their own policies.
1. Scope and Data Collection
This is a static information site. It has no account registration, email signup or subscription forms. You can read guides, compare clients and follow download links without providing your name, phone number, email address or payment information.
When your browser requests a page, resource or download service, it sends the network information needed to establish the connection. This may include your IP address, requested URL path, time, browser identifier and, where available, the referring page. Infrastructure logs may record this information to deliver content, handle unusual requests and troubleshoot access issues.
You do not need to upload client configurations, subscription URLs, node passwords or connection logs to this site. When viewing configuration examples, do not add sensitive information to query parameters in links on this site. URLs may appear in browser history, server logs or referrer information.
2. Site Analytics and How We Use Them
We use site analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, device categories and how visitors navigate content. Analytics may also record actions such as switching download platforms. This helps us identify platform instructions that need more detail, hard-to-find guides and usability issues.
Site analytics are separate from proxy activity in your client. Visiting this site does not give us access to your client’s node list, proxy destinations or subscription contents. Analytics are primarily reviewed in aggregate by page, platform and time period, not to build individual profiles tied to site accounts.
Analytics requests, recorded fields and retention depend on the deployment configuration. This policy does not promise that all records are anonymized or retained for a uniform period. Logs and analytics data should be handled only as needed to operate the site, improve content and investigate security issues; they are not used to sell personal information.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
Site analytics may use cookies or other browser identifiers to distinguish browsing sessions and avoid counting visits more than once. Whether cookies are set and how long they last depend on the analytics tool’s configuration and browser restrictions. A static page does not necessarily mean that no data is stored in your browser.
Page interactions may use browser storage to save essential interface preferences. Download platform selections can also be preserved in a URL fragment, such as download.html#windows; a URL fragment is not a cookie. This site does not ask you to store subscription URLs, node credentials or full configurations in browser storage.
You can view, delete or restrict this site’s cookies and storage in your browser’s site settings, or use browser privacy features to limit analytics requests. Clearing data may reset some preferences or visit recognition, but static documents should remain accessible. Restricting browser storage does not delete logs already generated on the server.
4. Third-Party Websites and Download Services
This site links to client websites, app stores and software projects. After you follow a link, the destination may receive your IP address, browser information and referrer data, and handle it under its own policy. Account sign-ins, payments, comments and software licensing on external sites are not covered by this policy.
Some downloads are routed through file services from this site’s download pages. Even when the address still shows this site’s domain, file-hosting infrastructure may process the request. Before downloading, check the client name, operating system and release source. Read the software provider’s privacy information before installing or granting permissions.
Subscription updates, node connections and DNS requests inside a client are handled by the client and related services, not by this site’s page analytics. Third-party pages and privacy policies may change; a link from this site is not a guarantee of how those parties handle data.
5. Policy Updates and Questions
If site features, analytics settings or service workflows change, we will update this page and revise the last-updated month at the top. We will explain significant changes to data use or handling here. Because this site does not collect email addresses, we do not send email notifications.
For information about download links, client permissions or configuration steps, see the Help Center and tutorials. These pages provide reference information; they are not personal data request forms. Do not share subscription URLs, passwords or logs containing sensitive information through external feedback channels.
This policy describes how this site handles its web pages and download links. It does not replace the privacy terms of client software, app stores or subscription services. Before using those services, review their data practices and available privacy options.
